Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented ISO Supervisor to support quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement across logistics operations in Yangon. The role ensures smooth certification readiness, effective documentation control, and strong coordination with internal teams and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities
● Maintain and improve ISO-related policies, procedures, and documentation across departments.
● Support internal audits, prepare audit evidence, and track corrective and preventive actions.
● Monitor compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and certification needs.
● Coordinate with teams to ensure timely implementation of quality and process improvements.
● Review non-conformities, investigate root causes, and follow up on resolution plans.
● Prepare reports, records, and management updates on ISO performance and audit status.
● Assist in training staff on ISO procedures, quality awareness, and documentation control.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ISO, quality assurance, compliance, or audit-related work.
● Good knowledge of ISO standards, audit processes, document control, and corrective action management.
● Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
● Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and report preparation.
● Good communication skills in English and Myanmar.
