An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assist in quality control activities, including raw material inspections, in-process checks, and product evaluations, to ensure products meet established quality standards.
Develop and written work instruction, guidelines and maintain all required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, compile data for reporting, and ensure compliance with quality procedures and documentation requirements.
Draw the annual training plan and give to the employee and do refresh training.
Hygiene Verification. Conduct vendor audit twice a month. Check approved supplier with supplier evaluation checklist.
Evaluate company catching team performance once a month and monitoring the production NC and incoming live bird NC.
Co-operate in identifying areas for quality improvement, assist in root cause analysis for quality issues, and follow up corrective action.

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GHP) are beneficial.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles within the food processing industry.
Basic knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control principles.
