Lead a team of IT application systems
Develop and analyze detailed busniess and technical specifications and proposals
Lead and supervise the IT Application team
Responsible for providing support to the Insurance Systems and users to train and enable them to utlize computer applications efficiently and effectively to fullfill business objectives
Provide functional support and to expand capabilities in systems configuration. This function provides the initial step in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions.
Partner heavily with technology partners, including business analysts, infrastructure, at all levels
Analyze and develop expertise of business processes, requirements, data, and technology products
Perform development on the required enhancements for the application as needed
Perform troubleshooting for any issues that may arise in any of the environments
Support production rollouts of the functionality on-site
Provide produciton support as needed
Additional duties as assigned

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Minimum 7+years application development experience and Business IT management in Banking or Life Insurance business & system
Degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems
Proven experience managing and monitoring applications for successful integration
Must have excellent analytical, technical, and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues at various levels of the organization
Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation skills for various levels of the audience.
Self-motivated team player. Must possess the ability to research and resolve issues
Excellent Core Java J2EE skills, Java Frameworks (i.e., Spring)/Microsoft.NET frameworks
Experience developing SOA services
Experience with Angular JS/ReatJS
Experience in developing Enterprise Architecture
Experience in developing policies and procedures
Good command of both spoken and written English and Burmese is a must
