The main purpose of this position is to manage, maintain, support, and monitor business applications and AMS function service delivery matters.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage daily AMS system and need to provide first-level issues.
• Record the solution in documentation or create SOP for business requirements.
• To manage IT ticket management system and able to communicate with local vendors.
• To collaborate with the data team for the business report and provide functional support.
• Need to install and configuration for the UAT and production site for business applications.
• To manage database administration for the applications related.
• Make sure to understand COB (Close of Business) administration and troubleshooting including Year End, Month End, Daily EOD Support, and optimization.
• Familiar with the ERP/SAP system and able to assist user’s requirements as running at the L1 support.
• To monitor and maintain daily data sync jobs.

• Minimum IT related bachelor’s degree holder
• 2 Years’ experience in technical and functional supporting skills.
• Well experience with Retail POS, Retail ERP, SAP, and Warehouse Management System
• Well experience with Windows Server, Linux / SUSE fundamental.
• Well experience with MS SQL, Oracle 12c / 19 c, SAP HANA (Prefer), MIT V5, MIT V6.
• Good interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
• Well organized and able to priorities workload over urgent vs important.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Business communication level of English language skill.
