Technical Support: Provide daily support for computer hardware, software, printers, and network connections for all employees and Microsoft 365 services, AWS services, Security control and CCTV services.
System Maintenance: Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches.
Network Administration: Monitor local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi stability for WLAN network, Access Points Administration and internet connectivity, firewall and server’s network performance monitoring.
Cloud Portal Administration: AWS cloud admin portal, Azure Cloud Admin portal
User Management: Create, update, and secure user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions.
Training and field visit: give the training of IT policy and security awareness to the end users and able to go field visit.
Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all company hardware, software licenses, and IT equipment and deal with Finance and Admin.
Development Projects: able to involve any development project of IT Department.
Vendor Management and Procurement: Assist with third-party vendor coordination and able to run procurement process under Vendor Management.
IT Operational Activities: running EOD, EOM, EOY activities and other IT related tasks

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1 to 3-years’ experience in IT end user support.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of Operating Systems & System Administration
Understanding of Installing, relocation, monitoring and administration on CCTV surveillance systems
Experience in daily Network and Hardware maintenance
Understanding of daily basic IT Service Management (ITSM) & Help Desk
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, or cloud collaboration tools.
Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Understanding of basic Cloud Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to systematically diagnose technical faults.
Clear verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside senior IT staff and diverse departments.
A proactive willingness to learn new technologies and pursue self-development.
Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) is required.
