Responsibilities and duties
•Provide Help Desk Support by responding to IT support tickets and inquiries
•Offer timely technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues, as wellas troubleshooting and resolving problems with various IT equipment
•Need to cover Account Management, involving tasks such as creating, modifying, andterminating user accounts, managing access permissions, resetting passwords, andaddressing account-related issues
•Hardware and Software Maintenance tasks include routine upkeep, softwareinstallations and updates, and ensuring the security of systems
•Network Support involves assisting with the setup and maintenance of the school'snetwork infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and managing networkdevices
•Classroom Technology Support focuses on aiding with audio-visual equipment andsmart classroom technology
•The role also includes Training and Documentation, Inventory Management,Collaboration with the IT Team, staying informed about Technology Trends, andproviding excellent Customer Service
