  • Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, computers, printers, POS printers and network devices in stores.
  • Provide technical support to store staff for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in new store IT setup, including network installation and system configuration.
  • Provide maintenance and technical support for IT systems at the head office.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and network problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates for computers and IT equipment.
  • Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly followed.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair and replacement.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Report major system issues to the related department and ensure timely resolution.
