Responsible for ensuring KBZ Bank follows best practices across digital, social media, and direct marketing, while driving a more data-driven approach to digital marketing across the Bank’s products and services.

The role works closely with Business Units and Marketing Business Partners to plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital marketing activities that support business, customer engagement, and brand objectives.

The role also oversees the Bank’s digital and social media channels, ensuring effective campaign execution, channel performance, audience targeting, and measurement. In the absence of the Digital Marketing Manager, the designated Marketing Executive will support the day-to-day management of digital media channels.

• Digital Media & Performance: Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms, including targeting, budget allocation, optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Social Media Management: Manage official social channels, content publishing, audience engagement, and channel performance across Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Digital Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social, paid media, SEM, and website performance; prepare regular reports with key insights and recommendations.

• Website Management: Manage content updates across KBZ Bank, KBZPay, and Premium Banking websites, coordinating with BUs and Technology teams for timely and accurate implementation.

• Budget Management: Get approval and monitor digital marketing budgets and recommend effective allocation based on campaign performance.

• Collaboration & Improvement: Work with Business Units, Marketing, Product, Technology, agencies, and other partners to deliver digital initiatives and continuously improve digital marketing performance.

• Degree in Marketing or communications, or relevant subject. 

• ​​At least 3 years of working experience as Digital Marketing Executive or other similar roles

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• Hands on - Experience with Social Media, Ad buying tools and MarTech. (Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM,)

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally to activate and manage myriad channels, and plan, track, and manage detailed work
