  1. Update accounts received and issue invoices
  2. Write daily payment and receipt voucher with complete attached & sign.
  3. Write cash book for daily transaction.
  4. Must be collect and withdraw cash/cheque from bank and customer.
  5. Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant.
  6. Daily and monthly report to Department Head.
  7. Daily cash balance and bank balance checking.
  8. Monthly stock taking.
  9. Must be able to other duties assigned by department head

  1. Any Graduate with LCCI level-2  
  2. At least 2years experience in similar positon.
  3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including Lookups and other excel fuction.
  4. Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Must have knowledge of accounting.
  6. Superior verbal communication skills and team work skills.
  7. Able to work under pressure.
