Job Description

• Review and control all payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify supporting documents, approvals, and budget availability before payment processing.
• Monitor cash flow and payment schedules to ensure timely settlements.
• Analyze expenses and budget utilization to identify variances and risks.
• Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, and related departments on payment matters.
• Prepare payment, cash flow, and expenditure reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
• Identify and mitigate payment-related risks and process improvement opportunities.
• Support financial governance and cost-control initiatives across the Group.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Financial Control.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Experience reviewing financial documents, invoices, contracts, and payment vouchers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
