An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct physical inventory checks for building & construction materials

  • Verify stock records against warehouse documents and system reports

  • Monitor inventory movement (inbound, outbound, transfers) and ensure accuracy

  • Check stock storage conditions and handling practices at warehouse sites

  • Assist in investigating stock variances and reporting discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards 

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock audit reports

  • Perform surprise spot-check audits when required

  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams

  • Maintain audit files and proper documentation

  • Support improvement initiatives for inventory control processes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Supply Chain / Engineering

  • 2 years of experience in auditing/warehouse/inventory is a plus

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Basic knowledge of stock audit and inventory control

  • MS Excel, Word, and basic computer knowledge

  • Good communication & teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail and honest work ethic

  • Willing to travel and conduct site audits
