The Junior Digital Marketing Executive supports the Digital Marketing Manager by assisting in the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies.
This role involves creating and publishing engaging content on social media platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and compiling reports to track
campaign effectiveness. The aim is to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and contribute to the overall digital marketing goals of the
organisation.

Upload and schedule content on all social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube,TikTok, etc.) according to the content calendar.
● Manage social media marketing campaigns if needed, such as boosting onFacebook ad manager.
● Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve marketing outcomes.
● Generate consistent reports regarding campaign performance and insights to
enhance return on investment.
● Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and reach
● Collect invoices from each platform and work with the finance department for the payment process.
● Coordinate with other stakeholders in the organization (Creative Team, Data Team,other business units).
● Suggest and assist the Senior Digital Marketing Executive in developing digital marketing strategies.

● Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● A minimum of 1 years’ experience in digital marketing is required.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
● Excellent verbal and written language skill in both English and Burmese is required.
● Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite,
Ads Manager, Linkedin , Youtube Studio,Google Analytics
● Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
● Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
