Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the company’s digital communication channels, supporting online marketing activities, and ensuring effective engagement with potential and existing clients. This role plays a key part in content management, lead generation, and customer follow-up to support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Professionally manage and respond to customer inquiries on Facebook Page and TikTok platforms in a timely manner
Plan, create, and publish marketing content on Facebook and TikTok pages in alignment with brand guidelines
Generate, record, and manage leads from digital channels including Facebook, TikTok, and company websites
Upload and maintain accurate property listings on company websites.
Coordinate and publish posts across Viber, Facebook, and Telegram channels to ensure consistent communication
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maintain engagement and support sales conversion
Manage and upload resale property listings with accurate and complete information
 

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple digital platforms efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate marketing is an advantage
