Manage and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Research market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all digital channels.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality promotional content.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
Manage online communities by responding to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, special offers, new menu launches, and cafe events.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.

Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and content scheduling tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
