Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual content, including designs, illustrations, and short videos creation and editing for social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.
• Prepare and maintain the monthly content calendar together with the team.
• Schedule and publish posts according to the approved content calendar.
• Assist in handling inquiries from social media and digital platforms and monitor and respond to basic engagement on social media platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and content performance to identify trends.
• Support the team in creating trending and campaign-based content aligned with current market trends.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Assist with other digital marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of content creation (design, captions, video editing).
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in digital marketing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with positive attitude.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome.
• Experienced candidates are preferred.
