To work under the supervision of process hot end machinery shift supervisor.
Process and hot end machinery area contains;
1. Sand washing plant.
2. Cullet treatment plant.
3. Batch plant.
4. Furnace and equipment.
5. Working end, forehearth and equipment.
6. iS machines.
7. hot end coating machines.
8. DFE/TFE system.
9. Ware handling units.
Conducting routine inspections of machine and equipment and under PHE.
Inspect machines, equipment, and systems to identify any issue.
Minor and major electrical, electronics, mechanical, instrumentation & other systems repair and maintenance under PHE section.
Ensuring all maintenance tasks are well processed and carried out properly in time under PHE section.
Performing the repair and maintenance of faulty equipment under PHE section.
In time machines’ inspection, preparing checklist and performance reports of PHE machines.
Conduct breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Performing with good practice aligned the maintenance schedule.
Carrying out all activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000 and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
Any duties, work & responsibilities assigned by the superiors from time to time.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Must have knowledge of ISO 9001, FSMS and Personal Hygiene Awareness.
1 to 3 years’ or more experience of engineering, projects, maintenance and operations experience in continuous process plant.
Proven work experience of machine Technician.
Should have knowledge in Computer Operation, PLC and other related system related to Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering.
Data and files organization and Good communication skill in English.
Hands-on experience with MS Office.
Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
Must know Mechanical and Electrical knowledge as require.
