Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand clients' business objectives and recommend suitable printing, POSM, branding, or marketing solutions to meet their needs.
Identify new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Production, Operations, Design, Procurement, and Finance, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve client concerns or operational issues.
Conduct regular client meetings to review project status, gather feedback, and strengthen business relationships.
Track sales performance, account profitability, and sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and reports to management.
Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive communication and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and sales documentation within the CRM system.
Support strategic initiatives and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
Experience in B2B sales, Printing, POSM, BTL, Advertising, Branding, or Marketing Agencies is highly preferred.
Proven track record of managing corporate clients and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Commercially driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
