- Act as the main contact for assigned clients and projects.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, budgets, and expected results.
- Manage events from briefing through execution and post-event review.
- Coordinate closely with creative, production, finance, procurement, operations and outsource teams.
- Support the development of event proposals and presentation decks.
- Prepare clear scopes of work and brief project coordinators.
- Lead event execution, technical, talent, operation and crew briefings.
- Prepare post-event reports, documentation, results, and key learnings.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and comfortable working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel when required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
