  • Arranging transportation, scheduling staff, and orchestrating deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
  • Continuous monitoring the freight costs, transportation rates, and handling to keep costs down where possible and report to the Manager (Yangon)/Department Head (Yangon).
  • Managing activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
  • Checking the department expenses, claim process and systematically recording daily, weekly, and yearly for fulfillment with the department budget.
  • Managing day-to-day activities of the team and preparing the work progress report to submit to the immediate manager regularly.
