Supervise a team of logistics, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operation.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary.
Coordinate and oversee the warehouse, receive, storage, and distribution of goods.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all products to prevent damage or loss.
Prepare and provide accurate management reporting periodically in a timely manner.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management team, Prepare the daily/ weekly/ monthly report to BOD and Management team.

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
