  • Report directly to the Factory Manager.
  • Manage and supervise all Maintenance and Workshop activities.
  • Make decisions on all maintenance-related matters.
  • Inspect and monitor Daily Check Points and machine breakdowns.
  • Escalate unresolved machine issues to higher management and coordinate with external repair teams.
  • Ensure systematic record-keeping of machine logs, reports, and documents.
  • Prepare, update, and implement Work Instructions, Job Descriptions, and Procedures in line with ISO/IATF requirements.
  • Understand and comply with ISO/IATF system requirements.
  • Approve overseas procurement of machine spare parts.
  • Develop and implement Yearly and Monthly Maintenance Plans.
  • Carry out additional duties assigned by senior management.
