We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

Report to the Manager and delegate tasks to subordinates accordingly.
Inspect machine cleanliness after use at the end of each shift.
Personally oversee and direct repairs for each machine when necessary.
Measure, calculate, and present details for new work assignments.
Track task assignments and verify Work Order completion status.
Plan and complete all workshop-related tasks within specified timelines.
Manage and supervise manpower effectively.
Monitor task completion and maintain daily records.
Escalate issues through the Manager step-by-step.
Ensure no production delays and optimal machine operation.
Train subordinates and new employees.
Make clear and decisive decisions.
Inspect and direct machine operations (normal/abnormal).
Plan and direct handling of hand tools and equipment systematically.
Implement 5S cleaning procedures.
Lead execution of Maintenance Plan and Calibration Plan as scheduled.
Understand, follow, and implement the ISO System.
Perform additional assigned duties as required.

Education    AGTI or B.E. in Mechanical, Machine Tools and Designs; Computer proficiency required.
Experience    Minimum 2 years; Relevant experience may offset formal education requirements.
