Developing and implementing product strategies that are in line with the company’s vision and goals
Working with various teams such as sales, brand and marketing, legal, information technology, network, business security, partners and vendors to develop new products or enhance existing ones
Understanding global and local market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to plan and design product features and roadmap
Defining, tracking and improving key product metrics to ensure product success
Collaborating with various teams such as brand and marketing, customer care, customer journey to develop go-to-market strategies
Communicating product value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring and analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and business metrics to inform product updates or enhancements
Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases
Ensuring all products comply with laws, regulations and industry standards
Full ownership of IoT/ICT products: product development, sourcing alignment, budget alignment, project management, pricing, strategies, competitor analysis, market analysis, business case, etc.
Communicating the updates of product performance, strategies, roadmap and go-to-market strategies to the management

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in computing, network, database and storage
Minimum 3 years of experience in smart home, and/or IoT products
Experience in product development, product management and pricing
Experience in working with distribution model, pricing and sales margin
Knowledge in networking such as TCP/IP, wireless network, Wi-Fi and ZigBee, etc.
Experience in pre-sales, consultation, partnership and customer relationship
Strong passion for smart and IoT/ICT products
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Burmese and English
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
Good in time and project management
People person with good attitudes, leadership skills, and growth mindset
Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
