Position Purpose

Marketing Automation & inAPP Specialist is responsible for marketing automating, optimizing inAPP campaigns and designing communication strategies (MM, Eng), enhancing tool functionalities. Optimizing digital marketing channels (Paid media, Owned media) to ensure high visibility and conversion with regular reporting on inAPP and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsiblities and Accountabilities

• Utilize marketing automation platforms such as MixPanel, Insider, Adjust Attribution or similar marketing analysis platform, Campaign management tools.
• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns to nurture promotion campaign awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase conversions.
• Design and implement inAPP communication strategies to enhance user experience and increase user retention.
• Creative optimization: Design, Ad Text, Headline, Desc across Channel
• Collaborate with marcom and other cross functional to ensure relevant content, assets, and data are received and optimized for various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the tech and product team to enhance the feature and functionalities of the tools
• Review analytics to extract insights about campaign performance and recommend improvements regularly.
• Leverage A/B testing to improve the open-rate, click rate and conversion.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends relevant.

• 3 to 5 years of digital marketing or automation experience in industries such as Fintech, Telco, E-commerce, and Online food ordering APPs
• Strong proficiency in using Web or APP analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Play Console, HubSpot, CleverTap, MoEngage…
• Professional at using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analyzing data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Myanmar & English
• Willing and able to offer insight beyond daily duties and find alternate solutions
• Able to travel overnight trip within the country if necessary
• Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
