Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and activities.
Support monthly and annual marketing plans and promotional calendars.
Create and manage content for Facebook, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, and other digital channels.
Prepare content, captions, promotional messages, and POSM.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, IT, and other departments.
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Prepare marketing reports and campaign evaluations.
Support KOL/Influencer campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Ensure marketing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
Support the Marketing Manager in assigned marketing campaigns and activities.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Any Gradatued).
Marketing certification is an advantage.
2-5 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, Supermarket, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
Good knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Viber, and Telegram.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads.
Good Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
Basic marketing analytics and reporting skills.
