Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school’s brand, programs, and educational services.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage the school’s social media platforms, website content, and online presence.
Create engaging content, promotional materials, and marketing communications.
Plan and coordinate school events, open houses, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to support student enrollment and admission targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends, and parents’ expectations.
Build relationships with parents, communities, media, and external partners.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, leads, inquiries, and enrollment results.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
Prepare regular marketing reports and recommendations for management.
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in an international school, private school, education, or service industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and brand management.
Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Good understanding of the local education market and parent/student needs.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging marketing ideas.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
Good command of English and Myanmar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media/digital marketing tools.
Experience in using Canva or other content creation tools is an advantage.
