Maintain and troubleshoot utility equipment including, air compressors, cooling towers, water treatment systems, and HVAC.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.

Provide mechanical support for fermentation, distillation columns, and storage tanks.

Maintain pumps, gearboxes, motors, agitators, and heat exchangers.

Work closely with production supervisors to ensure minimal equipment-related downtime.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Monitor machine performance and implement improvements for line efficiency.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans (TPM/CMMS systems).

Maintain records of maintenance activities and machine history.

Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades.

Maintain inventory of critical spares and tools.

Follow safety protocols and contribute to hazard assessments and risk mitigation.

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

2+ years of relevant experience in a distillery, brewery, FMCG, or process industry.

Hands-on experience with mechanical systems in utility and production environments.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

Good communication and teamwork.

Ability to work independently
