  • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency.
  • Supervise production teams, editors, and other staff to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members.
  • Resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including equipment, studios, and staff.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and software.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor expenses and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure high-quality standards for all media outputs.
  • Implement processes for reviewing and approving content before publication.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure clear communication.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align operational plans with content strategies.
