The Medical Affairs Officer / Executive will play a dual role combining medical coordination, patient consultation, and healthcare marketing content management. This position requires medical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage healthcare-related content across digital platforms while ensuring professional medical accuracy.
Job Descriptions

• Conduct and participate in video shooting for health talks, educational campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Write accurate and engaging medical content for Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Generate creative and medically video scripts for TikTok and YouTube content.
• Supervise and screen graphic design to ensure medical accuracy and brand consistency.
• Plan monthly social media content calendars and arrange post schedules aligned with marketing strategy.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via Messenger, phone, and digital channels.
• Provide professional patient consultation regarding treatment options, procedures, and hospital coordination.
• Guide patients through medical service processes for both local and international treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Plan and execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and medical events.
• Coordinate with hospitals, specialists, and healthcare partners locally and internationally.
• Develop and maintain strong external partnerships to expand medical service networks.
• Support business development initiatives through medical expertise and professional representation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (M.B.,B.S).
• Experience in medical affairs, healthcare marketing, or medical tourism is preferred.
• Strong medical writing and communication skills in Myanmar and English.
• Confident in public speaking and video presentation.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with professional ethics.
