  • Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Training process to new clients and internal sale team member.
  • Provide product guidance to the Customer Care team.
  • Perform the repairment of minor products and regular visit to client for maintainance purposes.
  • Customer complaint handling and trouble shooting.
