ROLE PURPOSE

The Senior Associate (HP) in Consumer Business is responsible for driving the growth of Yoma Bank’s Hire Purchase (HP) business by developing and managing dealer relationships, expanding the HP dealer network, and improving sales conversion.

The role focus will run the day-to-day business of several assigned Authorized Dealers. This includes answering product and portal related questions, onboarding new dealers into day-to-day operations and resolving operational issues for loan applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a relationship with operational and management level staff of our Authorized Dealers.
• Introducing new product features to the operational and management level staff of our Authorized Dealers.
• Identify potential new business opportunities with existing Authorized Dealers.
• Identify possible product improvements or marketing opportunities and drive these together with the Vice President & Head of Consumer Business.

• Knowledge of Hire Purchase products and processes

Education & Special Training

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or related fields
• Training in: Hire Purchase / Consumer Loan Products, Sales & Customer Relationship Management
• Product or dealer-management training is an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HP sales, consumer loan sales, or retail banking sales.
• Proven track record in: Achieving sales targets, Managing dealer networks and partnerships, Handling customer acquisition and documentation,
• Experience working closely with branches, credit, and operations teams
• Working experience in banking industry is more preferrable
