English Version

• Procure medicines, medical equipment, and medical supplies required by the clinic/company, ensuring the right quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
• Communicate and negotiate with pharmaceutical suppliers and vendors on pricing, terms, and purchasing agreements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Doctors, Therapists, and the Inventory/Stock Team) to monitor stock levels and determine reorder points to prevent shortages of medicines and medical supplies.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), verify supplier invoices, and coordinate with the Finance Department for timely and accurate payment processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock, including tracking product expiry dates to minimize waste and ensure product safety.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis on pharmaceutical pricing, product availability, and market trends, and provide reports and recommendations to Management

• ဆေးခန်း/ကုမ္ပဏီအတွက် လိုအပ်သော ဆေးဝါးများ၊ စက်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာသုံးပစ္စည်းများကို အရည်အသွေးမှန်၊ ဈေးနှုန်းမှန်ကန်စွာဖြင့် အချိန်မှီဝယ်ယူခြင်း။
• ဆေးဝါးဖြန့်ချိရေးကုမ္ပဏီများ (Suppliers / Vendors) နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး ဈေးနှုန်းညှိနှိင်းခြင်း (Negotiation) နှင့် အဝယ်စာချုပ်များ ချုပ်ဆိုခြင်း။

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a medical or nursing background or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree will be given preference.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical purchasing or the procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
• Medical Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and medical terminology.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to use inventory management or stock control software.
• Personal Attributes: A team player with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• မည်သည့်ဘွဲရမဆို လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည် (ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ သိုမဟုတ် သူနာပြုနောက်ခံရှိသူ သိုမဟုတ် B.Pharm ဘွဲရရှိသူများ ဦးစားပေးမည်)။
• Medical Purchasing သိုမဟုတ် ဆေးဝါးနှင့် ဆေးပစ္စည်းအဝယ်ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး [၁ နှစ် သိုမဟုတ် ၂ နှစ်] လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
• ဆေးဝါးအမျိုးအမည်များနှင့် Medical Terminology (ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာဝေါဟာရများ) ကို အသင့်အတင့် နားလည်သဘောပေါက်ရမည်။
• ဈေးနှုန်းညှိနှိင်းနိုင်စွမ်း (Negotiation Skill) နှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးပြေပြစ်ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Computer (MS Excel, Word) နှင့် စတော့စနစ်သုံးဆော့ဖ်ဝဲလ်များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• အဖွဲအစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပြီး ဖိအားဒဏ်ခံနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
