  1. MEP Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential buildings. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  2. Coordination with Interior Design Contractor: Collaborate closely with the interior design and decoration contractor to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall building aesthetics. Address any design conflicts or challenges to achieve a harmonious result.
  3. Testing and Commissioning: Perform thorough testing and commissioning of MEP systems. Verify system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all installations operate efficiently and effectively.
  4. Quality Control: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the MEP installations.
  5. Reporting: Generate detailed reports on MEP installation progress, testing results, and commissioning activities. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management.
  6. Site Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different teams involved in the project. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP installations align with overall project timelines and objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
