Serves as the quantitative engine and data architect, maintaining the "Single Source of Truth" by transforming raw data into dynamic dashboards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, run, and maintain the daily Executive Flash Dashboard (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Monitor and execute client accounts for TRV compliance.
• Generate the weekly "CRM Exception Report" that identifies violations of required fields.
• Reconcile division-wide data to produce the Monthly Performance Deck.

• Financial: Total Relationship Value adoption and analysis of customers' profitability
• Customer: Dashboard Uptime: Maintain 95% availability and accuracy on all automated dashboards.
• Operations: Maintain and track reporting turnaround time.
• People: CRM Hygiene Enforcement: Drive a 20% QoQ reduction in the CRM missing-field exception

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, reporting, or BI dashboard support.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and data validation/reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data reconciliation, and dashboard automation is preferred.
• Experience in banking, finance, or compliance reporting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
