  • Monitors and identifies IGW system abnormalities, resolves problems, or escalates to relevant parties for help.
  • On-call standby for urgent issue and to provides technical support onsite during disaster recovery, contingency test, scheduled maintenance, system change requests, software installation, system equipment problems, etc.
  • Responsible to implement on new VoIP set up , new services set up.
  • To participate on regional 24/7 out of Hours rotation where business needs require.
  • To provide technical support for internal and external partners' request and complaints by 24x7x365.
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution
  • Enhance operational processes to continually meet customers requirements
  • Support all incoming technical fault calls.

  • Have interests in IT system and networking
  • 1~2 years switch exchange working experiences.
  • Good knowledge of exchange system and network background.
