Planning Monthly/Quarterly Sales Plans Setting Sales KPIs & Metrics and Supporting Performance Improvement Developing SOPs to systematically implement the entire Sales Process Reviewing & Optimizing Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Customer Follow-up Systems Conducting Daily/Weekly Meetings with Sales Team to Review Daily Targets, Activities

Coordinate with Marketing, Operation, Finance, Customer Service to manage Project/Promotion Campaigns Conduct New Sales Staff Recruitment, Training & Performance Evaluation Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports Report & Advise on Customer Behavior, Market Movement, Competitor Activities Build & Maintain Relationships with Key Customers / Corporate Clients Resolve Major Complaints & Customer Issues

Present & Implement Customer Satisfaction Improvement Programs Lead Planning & Operation for Sales Promotion Plans / Retail Campaigns / Events Develop Promotion Materials, Pricing Strategy & Discount Structure Event ROI, Promotion Performance Evaluation Report Analysis

Drafting/reviewing Sales Documents, Contracts, Quotations, Pricing Policies Checking Inventory, Stock Levels, Ordering Process with Sales Team and implementing necessary sales items Developing and resolving Sales Risk Management, Compliance & Company Policies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. (MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.)

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar managerial role with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational processes.
