  • Manage end-to-end new business operations for Individual and Group Business.
  • Review applications and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with Distribution, Underwriting, Finance, Compliance, Customer Service, and IT.
  • Oversee group business onboarding, member enrollment, policy setup, endorsements, and renewal.
  • Handle complex and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support process enhancement, automation, system development, and business transformation.
  • Provide operational guidance to team members and support departmental projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Life insurance-related qualifications are an advantage.
  • Certificates in insurance operations, compliance, AML/CFT, or process improvement are preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance operations, BAU support, or related administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiar with policy administration systems and sanction screening tools.
  • Knowledge of operational reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
