  • Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange delivery schedules and monitor on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain operation reports, stock records, and delivery documents.
  • Monitor transportation arrangements and delivery costs.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Identify operational issues and support process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
