The Position: We’re looking for an Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of operations by working with operation supervisors
• Resolve escalated client issues brought up to Operations by Customer Service
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure that operational processes are being followed by operations supervisors under you
• Deal with escalated worker issues that your operations supervisors are unable to handle
• Working with the sales department to provide operations input on large tender quotations
• Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfill all cleaning contracts in your sector at any time by working with HR
• Work with Operations Manager to improve work processes, and grow the business

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
• Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. Contactable outside of Office Hours for Operational Issues
• Salary: MMK 1,000,000 - MMK 1,400,000 Gross per month
