Operations Management

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
  • Implement and enforce company SOPs, policies and procedures to maintain operational compliance.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Supervise inventory planning, stock control and replenishment processes.
  • Monitor stock availability, inventory turnover and inventory accuracy.
  • Manage slow-moving, near-expiry and obsolete inventory to minimize losses and optimize stock performance.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate and develop the operations team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Enhance team productivity, accountability, and operational discipline.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication across departments.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Analyze operational data and provide insights to support management decision-making.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with storage, handling and distribution standards for supplement products.
  • Manage product recalls, customer complaints and quality-related issues in a timely and systematic manner.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Facilities & Branch Operations Management

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture and operational resources required for business operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of branches, retail outlets, offices and warehouse facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs and renovation projects.
  • Monitor and follow up on facility-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Control maintenance and facility-related expenses and provide reports to management.
  • Support new branch openings, relocations, and office setup projects to ensure successful implementation.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of working experience in Operations, Distribution, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Supplement industries.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) and Odoo ERP system.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to achieving operational targets.
