  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive business rental service or Fleet rental Service
  • Experience of team management of at least 50 staff 
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written English and Burmese language communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
