This position will be responsible for planning of the strategy for the Partnership team and making excellent relationship with distribution partners and DLMM stakeholders.

  • Lead the strategy and planning function for the partnership with the distribution partners
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with the partner’s staff and management, especially at HO and manage all communications with the partner and DLMM stakeholders
  • Develop campaigns and programs in collaboration with the DLMM Partnership Sales Head and the partner’s HO staff to achieve partnership goals and targets
  • Develop budget plans for the partnership and ensure achievement through proper coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure that all tactical plans and programs have obtained all required approvals from the partner and DLMM management
  • Develop reports and presentations for reporting to the partner and DLMM key stakeholders
  • Responsible for liaison with any required third parties and regulatory bodies as required
  • Work closely with the Partnership Head/Sales Head, sales managers to develop required programs
  • Ensure all corporate governance in the partnership are strictly adhered to

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Attention to detail & analytical thinking
  • Strongly command in English
