The PR & Communication Executive is responsible for supporting the company's public relations, corporate communications, brand communications, internal communications, media relations, events, and digital communication activities. The role ensures that the company's corporate image, brand reputation, products, campaigns, and key messages are communicated consistently and professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the development and execution of PR and communication plans aligned with company and brand objectives.
• Prepare press releases, corporate announcements, speeches, briefing notes, and communication materials.
• Coordinate with media representatives, journalists, agencies, and external communication partners.
• Maintain positive relationships with relevant media and external stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR/media reports.
• Support corporate reputation and image-building initiatives.
• Support communication activities for FMCG brands, products, campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, and agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Develop communication content for product launches, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, mentions, and customer feedback.
• Escalate potential reputational or customer issues to the appropriate manager.
• Prepare media monitoring reports and highlight important issues to management.
• Track PR campaign performance and communication KPIs.
• Maintain records of media contacts, publications, coverage, and PR activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, Media, FMCG, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English.
• Chinese (Mandarin) language skills will be an advantage.
• Good presentation, interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging communication and PR content.
• Experience in PR campaigns, media relations, social media, or event coordination is preferred.
