  • Plan and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts.
  • Support new product introduction and manufacturing cell design.
  • Improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop work instructions, assembly processes, fixtures, and tooling.
  • Analyze production issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
  • Support FMEA, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement activities.
  • Monitor and improve production processes, workflow, equipment layout, and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams.
  • Coordinate with outsource suppliers and supervise sub-contractors.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates.
  • Monitor project progress, KPIs, budget, and deadlines.

  • Relevant Engineering / Manufacturing degree preferred
  • Automotive Engineering or Industrial Engineering background is an advantage.
  • Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • Good analytical, planning, and organizing skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including inventory-related systems
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
