Assist in project design brief meetings and record project requirements, comments, and action items. 
 Assist in identifying project issues, technical problems, and potential risks. 
 Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities. 
 Coordinate and follow up with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time. 
 Assist in coordinating procurement activities and follow up on required materials and equipment. 
 Maintain and update project drawings, documents, records, and filing systems. 
 Prepare and assist with project correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and emails. 
 Coordinate with the Operation team and other departments regarding project requirements and progress. 
Assist in monitoring project progress, costs, and deadlines and report issues to the Project Coordinator. 
 Support site/project teams with information collection, progress updates, inspections, and defect follow-up. 
 Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the Project Coordinator and Senior Project Coordinator.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Civil Engineering. 
 0–2 years of experience in construction, engineering, MEP, fit-out, or commercial renovation; fresh graduates may also be considered. 
 Basic knowledge of commercial renovation and construction projects such as restaurants, banks, hotels, hospitals, and offices. 
 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project. 
 Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D. 
 Good English communication skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. 
 Good communication, coordination, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; project management training/certification is an advantage.
