- Documentation and Keeping the record
- Researching the Market and Potential Suppliers
- Collecting updated market price regularly
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Responsible for purchasing materials or inventory for the sites
- Support in vendor evaluation and performance assessments.
- Assist in generating procurement reports and documentation as required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း
- Graduated or must be free from school commitments.
- Age between 20 and 25 years
- Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Basic understanding in purchasing methods, vendor management and procurement procedures.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement. Freshers also welcome.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Long-term commitment is highly preferred.
