A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Handle oversea purchasing process, sourcing new suppliers, product, import process, claim process and documentation
  • Preferable for engineering background who have experience working in Procurement and technical knowledge about materials, equipment and tools
  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from overseas
  • In charge of issuing  purchase order, request for quotation, Monitoring and controlling all oversea purchasing procedures and handling the forwarder
  • Arranging with Couriers such as DHL, TNT air or sea for shipment to the client’s end designated place
  • Evaluating of suppliers’ quotation based on best price, quality, lead time and standards
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers for better business relationship
  • Expecting the materials from suppliers to arrive in time and planning to send to customers during the lead time

  • Proven working experience as a Oversea Procurement and purchasing Executive
  • Experienced in Gas and oil industry with engineering background ( Petroleum ) 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Must have interpersonal skills with service mind
  • Must have 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Must be enthusiastic and able to work in the field
  • Detail oriented and good team work
  • We prefer multi- task skilled worker
