Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for procurement of Project Sites, & Other departments
  • Assist to Manager for complete operations of the Procurement
  • Local Market Survey for Price check and comparison
  • Report weekly materials purchase costs to Manager
  • Upload data in System software
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with suppliers for payment terms and arrange for contact to Finance for payment
  • Finalize purchase details and deliveries to Site/ projects
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Any other HOD tasks assigned

  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
