Lead the development and improvement of Village Link digital products and services.
Identify farmer needs and market opportunities to design new agri-services and digital solutions.
Work closely with technology, agronomy, and operations teams to launch new products.
Manage product lifecycle from concept, testing, launch, and scaling.
Ensure products align with the company strategy.
Develop marketing strategies to promote Village Link services and platforms.
Lead campaigns for Htwet Toe Application, farmer services, and agri products.
Manage digital marketing including social media, content marketing, and farmer engagement programs.
Support branding and communication strategies for Village Link.
Conduct research on agriculture markets, farmer needs, and rural digital adoption.
Identify partnership opportunities with agribusiness companies and technology providers.
Monitor industry trends in AgriTech, digital agriculture, and rural development.
Design programs to increase farmer adoption, engagement, and loyalty.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in product development, marketing, or agribusiness
Experience in digital products, startups, or Agri-tech is an advantage
Strong understanding of Myanmar agriculture sector
Experience with digital marketing and product strategy
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment
