Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced MBBS Doctor to join our Product Management Team. This is a non-clinical corporate position. The selected candidate will not provide medical treatment or patient consultation. Instead, the candidate will lead product strategy, product development, scientific marketing, and technical support for one of our product groups.

• Lead one assigned Product Group and develop product strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Evaluate new molecules and recommend products for launch.
• Develop annual product plans and marketing strategies.
• Prepare product launch plans.
• Train Medical Representatives (MRs), Sales Representatives (SRs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) on product knowledge.
• Prepare scientific presentations, promotional materials, product literature, visual aids, and technical documents.
• Visit doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and key opinion leaders to collect market feedback.
• Support the sales and marketing team with scientific information.
• Analyze competitors' products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and regulatory teams regarding product registration and documentation.
• Monitor product performance, sales growth, and market share.
• Develop strategies to increase prescriptions and product awareness.
• Participate in scientific seminars, conferences, CME programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Management to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare monthly product performance reports for Management.

• MBBS Degree (Mandatory).
• Registered Medical Practitioner.
• Additional qualifications in Marketing, Pharmacology, Public Health, or Business Management will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Medical Affairs, Marketing, or the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Fresh MBBS graduates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
